I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Since our products are customized for you once the order is placed, we're unable to accommodate changes in preference. However, if you encounter any misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. For items lost during transit, please inform us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our responsibility will be covered at our expense.
